We are intentional in providing meaningful strategies to deal with the number of health issues facing women at differing stages of their lives. This may include providing personalised dietary advice for managing polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) aiming at balancing hormones, supporting weight management, and improving overall health and well-being. We also understand the many challenges involved in pre / peri and post menopause and will work with you to address individual symptom management and wellbeing for this next stage of your life. Additionally we have a special interest in bone health and the role of nutrition in the treatment of osteosarcopenia.
