What is Pre Diabetes?
Pre diabetes is when your blood sugar levels are consistently higher than the normal level but not high enough for you to be diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes. Pre diabetes is also know as Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT) or Insulin Resistance (IR)
What can you do for Pre Diabetes?
The good news is that pre diabetes is like a warning alarm in your body. If taken seriously it may be possible to reverse the effects pre diabetes and lower your blood sugar levels back to normal levels.
