About Us

Sue established her practice as a Dietitian in Wahroonga in 2014.

Practising as a Dietitian for more than 35 years, Sue has expertise in a wide variety of nutrition-related issues.

Sue specialises in helping you feel that you can make changes to your eating patterns that seem manageable and realistic.

Sue understands that your situation is different to most other people.

Expect Sue to spend time listening to you, and understanding the things which are important to you. Sue will take the time to hear what things have affected your food choices in the past, and she will listen to what you feel are your goals now.

Sue understands that you may already know a fair bit about nutrition and diet, but you are having trouble achieving your goals. Sue can help with putting it all together and making sense of it, then working out a plan for you which can make a difference.

Sue is an Accredited Practising Dietitian. This means she keeps up to date with the latest scientific research in the areas of nutrition and diet. Sue’s recommendations and advice is based on scientific evidence and facts. Sue will help you to understand the science behind her recommendations and suggestions if you would like.

Sue works closely with your doctor, to understand any medical conditions which are relevant to your situation, if appropriate.

Sue’s ultimate goal is to help you. Sue’s guided discussions will help you to gain confidence in knowing what to choose to eat, so you feel happy that you are making progress towards your goals.

Please note: Sue is not the ‘food police’!    Sue will make sure you understand how to manage your eating and still enjoy your food.
